Reservation Cancellation
Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup time.
In such cases, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued using the same payment method used during the booking process, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours
If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a refund will unfortunately not be possible. This is because the vehicle has already been reserved and allocated specifically for that booking, which may prevent us from renting it to another customer on short notice.
No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and does not notify us in advance about the cancellation, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe, usually within several business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
