The person who came to pick up the car was very polite and explained everything clearly. We had no problems with the car either; despite being foreigners in the country, we weren't inconvenienced in any way. When we returned the car, we handed it back without any issues.

We are a family of 4 from Ireland and travelled to Sarajevo recently. We rent a car including baby and child car seats for one week. We like the service, no deposit needed, very easy to communicate with a rep from NS group and a smooth process from beginning to the end. We met at Sarajevo airport and return the car back to Sarajevo airport. Make sure to tell them if you want to cross border eg to Dubronik etc as you need to pay small amount for the green card. Highly recommended to all tourists! We definitely will choose them again next time. Thanks for the service

I rented the car for six days. The person who handled the rental brought the car to the airport parking lot and handed it over to me on time, with the documents already prepared. The car was a Volkswagen Taigo. He showed me the cosmetic issues on the car and even recorded a video, which gave me some confidence.
However, he asked me to have the car washed before returning it – something I had never encountered in a car rental before. I thought, fine. But then he also said that I had to pay for the airport parking fee (for just about 2 km distance), which was a very small amount compared to a six-day rental, but it really bothered me because it felt unprofessional.
I rented the car under the name “full protected,” but I didn’t see anything in the contract about full protection. He claimed the car had full insurance, but if there was minor damage that didn’t go through insurance, I honestly don’t know how it would be handled. On top of that, 90% of the contract was in Bosnian, so it was impossible to fully understand what I was signing.
Another frustrating part was that the car was given with an empty fuel tank and had to be returned the same way. I returned it with a quarter tank left, which basically meant they pocketed the value of that fuel.
I didn’t have any issues with driving the car itself, but the tires were in very poor condition – luckily I didn’t experience a blowout. When I returned the car, I asked if I could just pay him cash for a car wash (so I wouldn’t risk being late for my flight). Instead of charging me the equivalent of a 5 km wash fee, he said he would only accept it if I paid the equivalent of 20 km.
To sum up: I trust these guys, and you can rent a car from them. But, just like many rental companies in Bosnia, they look for small ways to squeeze out extra money. If there were a real accident, I have doubts about how their so-called “full protection” would actually work. And greetings to my rental friends who insisted on me writing this review while also chasing me for a 2 km parking fee.

The rental process and communication during the booking process were excellent. A higher-class car at a lower price, it performed well on the roads. No deposit required. The car was returned in the city centre without any issues. Hvala.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The booking process was quick and easy, the car was spotless and in great condition, and pick-up was smooth with no hassle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. The car ran perfectly throughout my trip. I’ll definitely rent from them again and recommend them to my friends!
